By participating in any class, purchasing a membership, or booking a service at Bloom By Healing LLC, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please review them carefully.

1. General Studio Use

  • All visitors must sign a liability waiver before participating in any class or event.

  • You agree to take responsibility for your own health and wellness during your time at the studio.

  • Participants must follow all posted and verbal safety guidelines from instructors and staff.

2. Public Classes

  • Public classes are open to all levels unless otherwise noted.

  • Class schedules and instructors are subject to change without notice.

  • Pre-registration is encouraged, especially for classes with limited capacity.

  • Late arrivals may not be admitted to class for safety and respect for others.

3. Memberships

a. Inclusions

  • Access to all public, weekly group classes.

  • Does not include private sessions, workshops, retreats, or special series unless specified.

  • May include member perks such as discounts or early registration (subject to change).

b. Billing & Payments

  • Billed on a monthly auto-renewing basis.

  • Payment is due on your recurring billing date via credit/debit card or approved method.

  • It is your responsibility to keep your payment information up to date.

  • Memberships are non-refundable.

c. Cancellations & Pausing

  • Cancel any time with 10 days written notice before the next billing cycle.

  • Requests must be sent via email to hello@bloombyhealing.com

  • You may request a hold/pause for up to 6 weeks per year, subject to approval.

d. No-Shows & Late Cancellations

  • Members who reserve a class and do not attend without notice may be charged a late cancel or no-show fee of $22.

  • Cancellations should be made at least 24 hours before class start time.

4. Class Packs & Drop-ins

  • Drop-in passes are valid for a single class and expire if not used within 60 days.

  • Once a package is purchased, it is not refundable under any circumstance.

  • Class packs (e.g. 3, 5, or 10-class) have expiration dates as posted at time of purchase.

  • Expired classes are not refundable or extendable.

5. Workshops, Events & Specialty Series

  • These offerings are priced separately and may require advance registration.

  • Cancellations made more than 48 hours in advance are eligible for a credit or refund.

  • No refunds for no-shows or late cancellations unless otherwise stated.

6. Private Sessions

  • Private sessions must be booked in advance and are subject to availability.

  • Cancellations within 48 hours may incur a late fee, full amount of session charged, or loss of session credit.

7. Code of Conduct

  • All participants must treat instructors, staff, and other clients with respect and kindness.

  • Disruptive or inappropriate behavior may result in removal from a class and/or termination of membership or services without refund.

  • Harassment, discrimination, or violation of personal boundaries will not be tolerated.

8. Studio Rights

  • Bloom By Healing LLC reserves the right to cancel or reschedule classes and events due to low enrollment, instructor availability, or emergencies.

  • We reserve the right to adjust pricing, policies, and class offerings with prior notice.

9. Health & Safety

  • You are responsible for disclosing any relevant medical conditions before participating in class.

  • Do not attend in-person classes if you are feeling unwell or contagious.

  • The studio reserves the right to refuse entry to anyone showing symptoms of illness.

10. Photo & Media Release

  • Occasionally, the studio may photograph or record classes for marketing purposes.

  • By attending, you consent to your image being used unless you opt out in writing.

11. Liability Waiver

Participation in any class or service at Bloom by Healing is voluntary. By attending, you acknowledge that you assume all risks associated with physical activity and waive any liability claims against Bloom by Healing, its staff, or affiliates.

12. Indemnification

You shall indemnify and hold us harmless from and against any and all losses, damages, settlements, liabilities, costs, charges, assessments, and expenses, as well as third party claims and causes of action, including, without limitation, attorney’s fees, arising out of your breach of any of these Terms, your use of the Website, its content, and any product or service purchased from the Website, or your failure to maintain the confidentiality and/or security of your password or access rights to this Website and its resources. You shall provide us with such assistance, without charge, as we may request in connection with any such defense, including, without limitation, providing us with such information, documents, records, and reasonable access to you, as we deem necessary. You shall not settle any third-party claim or waive any defense without our prior written consent.
